Italian Way of Seating
Sièdo is an Italian brand of chairs, armchairs, sofas and furniture complements, born from Mobilsedia 2000 Srl, a company based in Isola Rizza in the Verona Furniture District. Founded in 2001, Mobilsedia 2000 has built over twenty years of artisan production a solid reputation in the seating sector. Sièdo was established as an independent design identity, with its own aesthetic language and its own narrative, sharing the same production infrastructure and the same technical heritage.
An invitation to stay
There is something deeply Italian about the act of sitting together. Whether around a table or in a shared space, that is where the important things happen: conversations, laughter, the birth of ideas. The name Sièdo draws from archaic Italian, to stay, to pause, to inhabit a space with intention. Not the object, but what happens when people sit together. Our collections of wood chairs, armchairs and sofas are designed to create welcoming and harmonious settings, from the domestic living room to contract spaces, from hospitality to working environments, where comfort meets the pleasure of being together.

Sièdo products are not solitary protagonists, but elements that draw strength from their coherence as a whole. Collections designed to speak to one another, shaping spaces where everything holds together and every object contributes to a warm and natural atmosphere. The brand language grows from a continuous dialogue between the in-house research and development department and collaborations with external designers, an exchange that expands the collections towards an ever more complete vision of the domestic environment: from the dining table to the coffee table, from the lounge armchair to the modular sofa. Our mission is to restore meaning to the idea of conviviality, through a contemporary Italian design that places the experience of coming together, and time well spent, at its centre.
Solutions born from dialogue
Every Sièdo product is the result of a complete, non-industrialised process that moves from the initial drawing to the finished piece without ever losing control. We manage every technical and construction phase in-house to ensure a high level of customisation, in dimensions, materials and finishes, adapting with precision to the needs of interior designers, architecture studios and private clients, without compromising the identity of the product. It is a way of working that combines rigour and flexibility, allowing us to offer truly bespoke solutions for residential and contract projects.

Mobilsedia 2000 is among the founding members of the Lignum Consortium, Verona Furniture District, recognised by the Veneto Region, a network of producers who share a common ethical code, a territorial history and a shared idea of Italian quality.
